Wine Tour and Tasting
Walking among vineyards and olive trees where our wines and oils born. The visit begins with an introduction to organic and biodynamic cultivation. The visit proceeds in the Cellar, the Vinsantaia and the Barriccaia and continues with a walk around Villa La Selva. A splendid panorama can be admired from its spectacular garden shaped like an amphitheater. Lastly, the guided tour ends with the tasting of three wines with a light lunch composed by a platter of local cold
cuts and cheeses, dessert and olive oils.
Truffle Hunt
A one of a kind experience in the woods where the truffle grows. With the truffle hunter and the dog you will go out in search of truffles then back in the canteen to try some wine that go with the precious fungus. On the table, an apetizer with some delicious local specialties.
